My neighbor, Levi, grazes cattle on our luscious green organic pastures. Every fall he sends a few choice steers to the family-owned processor in the little town of Elmwood, Wisconsin to be custom cut and frozen. Some of this wonderful meat can be yours.

What to expect

Hanging weight is the weight after slaughter but before final processing.

Final weight will be less due to trimming and bone removal.

Approximately half of the beef will be ground, with the remainder as various cuts.​​

Our beef is cut to your specifications, offering a variety of cuts including steaks, roasts, and ground beef. ( a lot of ground beef) Standard processing is included in the price. Specialty products like hotdogs, patties, summer sausage, beef jerky and such are charged by the processor.
